Terms & Conditions of Sale
All pricing in AUD plus GST. Pricing subject to change without notice. Price changes enforced after 30 days.
Written quotations for quantities not listed in our pricelist are valid for 30 days and/or subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
All orders and amendments to be in writing. Changes are only considered accepted on return correspondence from Scotland & Harrisson, and on the basis that production has no begun.
For decorated orders confirmation of receipt of order will be sent to you. For decorated orders artwork will be sent for approval within 24 hours of artwork being received.
Production will not begin unless sign off is received for both new & repeat orders. Any delays in approving may result in a delay proportionate to the approval delay.
Ident orders cannot be cancelled once production commences, under any circumstances, including but not limited to delays caused by external factors such as shipping or customs delays or strikes.
Sample Policy: All samples shipped via most economical means unless otherwise requested.
Reimbursement: Sample cost will be deducted from order (minus freight if applicable). Sample invoice number must be noted on order placement.
Sample Returns: Send back an item in original condition (with packaging intact) within 30 days and a credit will be issued (minus freight if applicable).
OVER / UNDER RUNS
We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the quantity ordered and change accordingly. If exact quantity is required please specify on order.
CLAIMS / RETURNS POLICY
Scotland & Harrisson must be notified of any quality issues regarding product or decoration within 14 days of receipt of goods.
A return authorisation must be obtained.
Scotland & Harrisson can supply pre-production proofs to approve before full production of order. If changes are made, additional set up charges incurred. Pre-production charges are in addition to Set Up charges.
S&H Items/Ident Quantities
Pre-production costs vary depending on item, lead time, decoration type, and manufacturing process. See website or contact your account manager for more info. If a pre-production proof is available and you opt for a digital proof Scotland & Harrisson accepts no liability for end result.
Reserving Stock: Stock can be held without an official PO for 24 hours after which stock will automatically be released. Official PO's for product will revoke holds. Sale stock cannot be reserved under any circumstances.
Stock Shortages: Scotland & Harrisson accepts no liability for inability to ship an order due to stock shortages. Please check inventory before placing orders.
Country of Manufacture: Products imported from overseas usually has mandatory labels or wording on product stating the country of manufacture.
Product Safety: Where appropriate, our products have been evaluated by an accredited 3rd party lab and have met safety requirements. For detailed testing information and certificates please contact us. Some items are classed and dangerous goods and cannot be shipped by airfreight and require an MSDS when shipping. Certain products cannot be shipped airfreight due to airline regulations.
Product colours & styles: We work closely with our suppliers to ensure minimum colour variations between shipments. It is unavoidable with certain items due to manufacturing processes and dye lot variations. For product colours and styles if important please request a sample from current stock shipment. As we continue to improve our range slight product style changes/colour variations may occur without prior notice.
We use various imprinting methods to print products. Including, but not limited to pad printing, direct digital printing, screen orienting, sublimation printing, heat transfer, digital labels, epoxy doming, laser engraving. None of these methods (bar laser engraving) are absolutely permanent. Sunlight exposure, scratching, rubbing, cleaning, hand lotions, chemicals and general wear and tear can affect the durability of the print.
Scratches & Blemishes: Some of our products may appear to have scratches, scuff marks and blemishes which occurs naturally during the manufacturing process. Shipping can make these excessive. We strive to identify any problematic items and polybag these wherever possible.
PANTONE ® COLOUR MATCHES
Please supply coated Pantone® colours when ordering screen/pad printed items. Utmost care is taken to ensure print colours match closely as possible. Due to colour and nature of materials however, a 100% colour match is not guaranteed. All materials print differently so if you logo is applied to multiple items variations in print colour may occur.

Split Delivery: Additional surcharge per consignment
Remote Area: Additional surcharge of total order value ex GST, including other surcharges
Repacking & Logistic Work: Will be charged at an hourly rate, we will quote as requested.
Multiple Consignments: Multiple orders for products may not automatically be consigned together unless requested.
For critical orders we reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice at customers expense in order to meet the customers eta. We reserve the right to freight charges will be invoiced to the customer in supplemental invoice 7-60 days after the shipment.
Tracking Shipments: Refer copy of invoice that was emailed for tracking information. Insurance on goods in transit is at your risk. Please ensure you have good in transit coverage. Whilst every effort is made to ensure goods reach you by your designated date, Scotland & Harrisson can take no responsibility for circumstances beyond your control.
New accounts: All customers begin on a pro-forma basis until approved for a 30 day trading account.
Credit accounts: Strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Scotland & Harrisson works closely with suppliers to demand the highest quality work from its factories. Our close working relationships ensure we are able to monitor every aspect of the manufacturing process which allows us to deliver the best there is to offer. If you believe there is a manufacturing fault with one of our products, refer to our returns policy. Note that wear and tear, and product ink drying out is not considered to be a fault in the product.

We reserve the right to on-forward these charges to the customer. The additional freight charges will be invoiced to the customer in a supplemental invoice 7-60 days after the shipment.

Our close working relationships ensure we are able to monitor every aspect of manufacturing process which allows us to deliver the best there is to offer. If you believe there us a manufacturing fault with one of our products, refer to our returns policy. Note that normal wear and tear, and product ink drying out is not considered to be fault in the product.
TECHNOLOGY COMPLIANCE & 12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
Our Power Banks and Wall Charges are compliant with the necessary Australian/New Zealand standards. Look for the RCM logo. Copies of compliance certificates are available upon request. Scotland & Harrisson products with USB port or power supply carry a one year limited warranty from date of purchase against manufacturer defects, and we will refund or replace (at our dicretion). Item/m must be returned for assessment Scotland & Harrisson is strictly not liable for reimbursements, claims and damages that may have resulted from the unauthorised repair or restoration of these products. If item is returned and deemed to be faulty due to misuse, or found to be in working order, a return postage & handling fee may apply.
Confectionery is sourced from multiple manufacturers. Due to health regulations once confectionery has left our premises product cannot be returned for credit under any circumstances. We recommend confectionery is stored in a cool dry area with a temperature of less than 22 degrees. Flavours & colour may vary from shipment to shipment.
STRESS RELIEVER CONDITIONS
Stress reliever items are not toys or suitable for children or pets. Due to the characteristics of stress item material (PU) adequate force may cause them to tear especially on shapes that have size variations like necks, arms, legs and ears. This is not a fault of the product, and no claims will be considered.
Broad print areas may break up and print may not be solid. We cannot guarantee colour matches. If in doubt, we recommend ordering a Pre-production proof (at extra cost).
CATALOGUE AND WEBSITE IMAGES/CONTENT
To the best of our ability the products published online and in print are represented accurately. Items illustrated are to show personalisation techniques and not to imply they have been supplied to owners of the particular trademark. Product colours depicted may vary from actual products due to photographic reproduction.
Artwork should be emailed directly to our account manager or alternatively to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include your company name and order number in the subject line. If there are no issues with your order we will send you an artwork approval within 24 hours.
Acceptable artwork: Artwork must be supplied electronically. Line art - vectored art files - EPS, PDF or AI - with fonts outlined (converted to paths/curves). All spot blacks need to be converted to 100% process black. We prefer artwork emailed to us to size for all decoration options, with Pantone® colours included where applicable. Note, if artwork is not sent to size/scale (or with sizing instructions) we will always change to utilise maximum print area available (in scale).
Art Charges: $60 per hour for any art creation, rebuilding or clean up. Contact your account manager for approx price.
Changes to artwork: $20 per amendment. This charge is applicable when design changes are requested after Scotland & Harrisson has supplied artwork proofs for approval. Charge is for each additional proof and enforced at our discretion. Final artwork must always be sited and approved prior to production.
Software Used: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw.
Logo Size: If same logo/design is required in multiple sizes on a product they must be treated as multiple designs and appropriate set up charges will apply.
Logo Colours: Any 4CP Digital/Standard Label items are digitally printed in CMYK. If Pantone® colour matching is important we require you to provide specific Pantone® colours, and we will produce closest CMYK colour match possible. Please note, perfect colour match is not possible when matching Pantone® colours to CMYK but closest match possible will always be supplied. Due to printing methods used on full colour printed items we cannot guarantee colour matches or colour consistency. Variations can occur within an order and from order to order.
4 Colour Process Sublimation: Exact colour matching is not always possible with this method. Colours may vary within the run.
