Acceptable artwork: Artwork must be supplied electronically. Line art – vectored art files – EPS, PDF or AI – with fonts outlined (converted to paths/curves). All spot blacks need to be converted to 100% process black. We prefer artwork emailed to us to size for all decoration options, with Pantone® colours included where applicable. Note, if artwork is not sent to size/scale (or with sizing instructions) we will always change to utilise maximum print area available (in scale).

Art Charges: $60 per hour for any art creation, rebuilding or clean up. Contact your account manager for approx price.

Changes to artwork: $20 per amendment. This charge is applicable when design changes are requested after Scotland & Harrisson has supplied artwork proofs for approval. Charge is for each additional proof and enforced at our discretion. Final artwork must always be sited and approved prior to production.

Software Used: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw.

Logo Size: If same logo/design is required in multiple sizes on a product they must be treated as multiple designs and appropriate set up charges will apply.

Logo Colours: Any 4CP Digital/Standard Label items are digitally printed in CMYK. If Pantone® colour matching is important we require you to provide specific Pantone® colours, and we will produce closest CMYK colour match possible. Please note, perfect colour match is not possible when matching Pantone® colours to CMYK but closest match possible will always be supplied. Due to printing methods used on full colour printed items we cannot guarantee colour matches or colour consistency. Variations can occur within an order and from order to order.

4 Colour Process Sublimation: Exact colour matching is not always possible with this method. Colours may vary within the run.
